Nosae Nosae is an oriental pub that specialises in pollack and shrimp dishes. The name ‘Nosae’ comes from the Korean words Nogari (meaning Pollack) and Saewoo (meaning shrimp), so the logo was designed using the two in a simpler geometric form.
